I'M BACK! I know, you've missed me, but I've been out and about. Being young and living. Just last night I spent the night on a desert adventure. You know how it goes, some wine, some music, the desert night sky; the nights that make you remember why you're here. But, here I am, back and posting. Back to being active, and jumping back into Tea at Noon. Damn, life just feels GOOD.

Today was considered a 'warm' day at a whopping 36 degrees! Oh boy! What is even more sad, is it felt like a warmer day. Walks were much more enjoyable with shivering. I'm starting to think that I should have listened to my brother, just so my bum would not be freezing daily. Goodness gracious, I don't know how you midwesters do this EVERY DAMN YEAR. Oh, Californa, I hear you!

A little while ago I was lucky enough to win a very sweet giveaway from Laura who writes the wonderful blog Roots and Feathers. The sweater its self is a very generous gift from the wonderful (and affordable!) clothing site called SheInside. It is easily my new favorite sweater. Who wouldn't want something with Reindeer on it?! With all the snow that is falling on the ground, it's pretty fitting.

Working in retail, and in extremely commercial retail, you're kind of forced to dress the way they want you to, every day. Today is my off Saturday, and you can bet your ass I'm enjoying it. Finally I get to put my jeans away, put my clearly 'american eagle' clothes away, and dress how I WANT TO. At least at buckle it was like playing 'dress up'. (Yes, yes, Erika!)

My dress was a dollar, by the way. I'm pretty in love.

Yeah, I know Halloween was nearly a week ago. Yes, I know I didn't dress up. Instead, I spent the night with my amazing man on his twenty-second birthday. We spent it driving around screaming at the  top of our lungs to ska and rap that warms our hearts. I love this guy, a lot. And hey, at least my tights were festive!

Not Naked: studs and flashes of white

You know those days where you feel a little bit more bad ass than others? Those days where spunk is just spouting out and every comment out of your mouth is slightly sarcastic? Yeah, today was one of those days. I felt like channeling the inner 90's grunge child today, with a bit of modern and maybe a bit of Miley. Even if she may not be my favorite, I cannot deny some envy over her style. Either way, it was a perfect outfit to take a wonderful walk around our little corner of Colorado, and have some much needed bead therapy. Even if you're buying it in quarters, it's still amazing.
